What to include

• Corrections — the page address, what is wrong, and (if you have it) a link to the official source. Corrections are our favourite kind of message.
• Questions about a trip — we read every message, but we cannot plan trips individually or answer on behalf of hotels, transport operators or government offices.
• Photo or licence questions — tell us the page and the image.

We usually reply within a few days. Messages are used only to answer you (see the Privacy policy).

Passport numbers, booking references or other personal details. We do not need them and cannot keep them safe for you.
